What are we eating today?

Afternoon all
Mon 18/10 - Maint

B - ff greek yog with flaxmeal/seed
L - 2 slices roast ham (proper stuff) with loads of watercress
D - rest of last nights chicken curry and cauli rice
S - a dozen macadamia nuts and a slice of mim and butter and a few thorntons diabetic chocs

W - at least 4 litres plus black coffees (trying to stick to decaff)
E - an hour and 20 mins with dogbert
A - nope

Guts are in tatters today. SO - I ate another diabetic turkish delight bar. How stupid am I? (Rhetorical question there in case anyone's tempted). :D

B - fried egg AND Atkins bar (fed up today and eating crap was supposed to help but totally predictably didn't) :rolleyes:
L - salmon and salad
D - cheeseburger pie (the pie must die) and my usual green veg
S - bloomin' diabetic chocolate (arrrgh!), pate, 12 brazils, mim for supper
W - lots and coffees with light soya
E - 0
A - 0

Have to get back on track, so just tried on the lovely lovely dress I bought for my work night out in December. I need to lose about half a stone in order to be able to breathe in it. Eating crap isn't going to let me lose half a stone. So I have to stop eating crap. Easy when you see it written down, huh? :D
 
Yeah Water but look at how much weight you've lost hun - you are doing brilliantly, and the occasional low carb choc just has to happen. I've ordered a couple of different brands from the Megastore so will let you know, if any, effects they have.

B - missed it, thanks to the *&@#* foxes keeping me awake all evening
L - 1/2 Mattesons sausage and greens
D - Fresh out of the oven roast pork and crackling mmmm

Ate tons of crisps yesterday. Why did I do it. 5lbs from goal saturday morning, now 7lbs from goal.

B- bacon and eggs, coffee w/cream
L- salad w/ lettuce, veg, egg, ham
D- pork fillet and greens
W- not enough
 
b - none, cup of tea
l - 2 chicken legs from morissons
t - Just made a random tea. Chicken, pepperoni, cheese, and chillies all cooked and melted together into one big cheesy messy sexy thing and some cauliflower mash :D

Hope that's all ok for my first day :)
 
If Jim was here he'd say not enough green leafiness there today Leah.

But he's back tomorrow (I think) so I'll let him say it himself! :D

Oh I was tempted WW but to me eating another made perfect sense!!
And the diabetic choc isn't really really bad crap!

Day 2 of induction

B - egg + cheese omelette, 3 low carb sausages
L - salad with some low carb chopped bacon and sausages
D - not really sure...not that hungry. Maybe a little bit of cream and a couple of raspberries.

And not one drop of alcohol - yay!
 
Thanks Susie and Flutter for making me feel better. Tomorrow is a brand new Atkinsy day. :wee:
 
Yesterday -

T. Sossie casserole with brocolli n cauli x 2 (working nights again) 1/2 cinnamon mim with cream, other half for second tea at work

Today -

B. 2 boiled eggs, 2 slices crispy bacon. FF greek yoghurt
D. Will be sleeping
T. Got ingredients for spag bol or chilli minus the pasta or rice of course. With grated mozerella to go on top. Only got a few mushies left though n not gonna use any onion either. So basically tomatoey mince with cheese on top lol.

W - aiming for 4 litres today!!!!!

I run my own media consultancy - but am between contracts at the moment, it's a bit tough out there right now :(

i dont make mims - do you? i havent got any flax - linz was supposed to be sending me some back :(
 
I love Mims - both savoury and sweet.

I try not to have them too often - but I usually only get a sweet craving in the evening and make the cinnamon one, pour a bit of cream and some no carb maple syrup over, and eat it straight out of the cup - yummmmm!
