Afternoon! I never really know what I'm going to eat until at least halfway through the day - can't plan menus! Today I've been nibbling even though I'm not really hungry, just want to be eating all the time!
B - two slices corned beef
L - roast chicken, lettuce, caesar dressing (zero carb stuff, not bad, but going back to Cardini's when it's done)
D - the pie is crying out to be made if I get time, otherwise it's lamb steaks and usual green veg
S - mexicana cheese my friend brought over, pate, might have MiM for supper

E - 3m run tonight at club
A - 0 - back to work tomorrow after almost 2 weeks off
