really? does it tone your legs as well though? arent i better off going running outside?
 
outside if you are up to it yes, crosstrainer very good for tone legs my like iron lol
 
but what ever you do buy the best trainers i use New Balance running hard on the knees, thats why i said the crosstrainer better
 
ah ok. I think i might actually go for a cross trainer and leave the running for outside with the dogs???
 
ok :) and not for hanging clothes off ;) think ill be doing some rearranging of my rooms!
 
go for one around the 400-550 quid mark cheaper ones made of thinner tube would not last 5 mins

D - steak in peppercorn sauce (i think never made it before) with my greens :)

a - depends how much grief i get off ex today :(
ex - done 100 leg masters, shake weight and 10 min roll stepper. will do 15-20 min lateral trainer later and maybe a go on the wii.
 
Tuna mayo omelette Steve? got to say that does not sound good - does it taste better than it sounds?

Afternoon! I never really know what I'm going to eat until at least halfway through the day - can't plan menus! Today I've been nibbling even though I'm not really hungry, just want to be eating all the time!

B - two slices corned beef
L - roast chicken, lettuce, caesar dressing (zero carb stuff, not bad, but going back to Cardini's when it's done)
D - the pie is crying out to be made if I get time, otherwise it's lamb steaks and usual green veg
S - mexicana cheese my friend brought over, pate, might have MiM for supper
W - loads
E - 3m run tonight at club
A - 0 - back to work tomorrow after almost 2 weeks off :(
 
oh are you fed up of your shakes now? when is the finish date for kitchen?
