What are we eating today?

B - 4 slices bacon, 2 sausages
L - curry from the recipes thread (absolutely lush) with salad garnish
D - bit of egg mayo, will probably have some mattesons sausage too.

W - loads
E - none, apart from the walk to, and around, Tescos
D - none - 2 wks 3 days without, eek!
 
Evening all
Got a bit peckish today so as well as my Exante I have had 2 chicken drumsticks lol - can't wait for my kitchen to be finished and then I can get back to Atkins and real foooooooooooood :eek:
 
Away since Thursday - ate remarkably well (fried breakfasts courtesy of hotel, handful of brazils for lunches, steak/salad/green veg dinners) but drank a bit too much (all legal and within carb limits though!) Will WI tomorrow and report back on damage!

Today:
B - 3 fried eggs, 1 slice bacon, some cheese
L - 2 slices corned beef
D - had friends round for Hallowe'en party, so lots of everything, especially my lovely pate, celery sticks, sour cream dip, cheese (again) :rolleyes:
S - couple of S/F sweets, whole MiM for supper
W - loads
E - 0 - did 6 miles yesterday while away
A - 3 large V&Ts with friends (ditto or a whole lot more over the last 3 days) :eek:

L: The Carby Cafe today.
D: Left over pork joint and steamed kale and cabbage 'n' leek mix

Trying to be good this week after gaining a pound. From next week will be doing OWL properly - looing forward to a little fruit I have to say.

B - fried egg, two slices tongue
L - huge bowl of lettuce with chicken and bacon - bursting now!
D - roast chicken, small portions usual green veg
S - mim for supper, possibly some cheese or pate with it
W - lots
E - will do 5 miles on treadmill shortly, sick waiting for rain to stop :(

thanks steve - omg how expensive lol.
really want one that folds as lack of room in the house too. basically one for 20 that folds up into my hand ;) only joking.
 
ok cool thanks. Now need to persuade bf to buy me it :)
 
if you are looking to buys one you get what you pay for mine has a 4hp motor will take upto 20hrs use a week, most only say 2/1/2 to 3hrs
 
the cheaper ones would rattle to bits ours gets 8 hrs a week very good incline to 15% and top speed 22kmh
