What are we eating today?

Oh Bren I bet it's like eating for the first time - enjoy! How much did you lose on your week of shakes? :)

B - fried egg
L - the pie (crappy low fat stuff though)
D - boneless shin - spotted it in Tesco and couldn't believe how cheap it was, so bought enough for everyone, but spent half an hour trying to chew it, and eventually gave up! It's like beef-flavoured elastic bands! OH loved it - strange person. :wave_cry:
S - 2 sliced corned beef, 6 brazils, 4 Thornton's diabetic chocs (yes I am weak)
W - buckets
E - 8.2m run - totally fab
A - 4 small V&Ts - am slightly tiddly now :D

No veg today - can't believe how the day goes by without it - I was almost vegetarian before I went on this diet! MUST do better over the weekend - have supplies in and that's a good start.

Hi all! Having a great weekend here - fat clothes gone forever - kept one really good suit but planning never to wear it again. :D

B - fried egg and 4 rashers streaky bacon
L - 4 chicken breats fillets fried with cajun spices
D - tiny piece of roast lamb and lots of cabbage/leeks/cream sauce, broccoli/cauli/melted cheese, and sprouts - probably got my 15g of veb carbs for the day right there! Totally yummy though - at least I have time to cook veg at the weekends.
S - oh dear, 6 thorntons diabetic chocs this morning, and yes I am paying the price now
W - 3L or thereabouts
E - 0
A - will do later, prolly same as last night, watching the second part of The Two Towers with OH. :D

about 6 lbs - it soon creeps on so it is good to have a week out now and again - cream and cheese are my weakness and they pile on the weight if you are not careful - after a couple of voddys before I went out last night and a bottle wine while I was out - came home to a small pot of clotted cream - ate it and collapsed in bed lol - was 100g lighter this morning :D

Hurrah for the occasional week out then Bren - that's a fab loss! :)

B - fried egg and Atkins bar (like these before a run)
L - leftover roast lamb and two slices corned beef
D - all veg - same as last night
S - OMG have taken out tonight on the diabetic bars - only to get rid, because from tomorrow I plan to be very very good. OK, that's no excuse. I'm weak.
W - gallons
E - 5.5m run
A - 0 - work night

Hello All - distinctly bad mood today as drove 8 of the 12 miles to work, road completely closed and had to go 7 of the 8 back and start again from another direction - bloody traffic! What takes me about 25 minutes normally took over 1.5 hours so will have to work later to make up for it - bahhhhhhhhh.

Mon (it would be) - 8/11 - Maint
B - flaxmeal porridge with a little cream
S - 2 black farmer chipolatas
L - roast beef salad with lc coleslaw
S - 2 more chipolatas if I need them
D - got some mince out but depends on state of kitchen when I get home as kitchen fitter is supposed to be working on it again today - ended up at the chippy, I had a fish with a tiny bit of batter and a chicken breast - not telling you what SHE had lol.

W - probably only 3 litres today with the late start
A - no, even though I want some NOW! gave up resisting and started on the Irish Whiskey lol
E - in this weather, no sirree, dog did not even want to go out the door this morning.

Oh god, can I come too? Foul mood today due to too late a night and too early a morning, combined with...

Guts in tatters all night and this morning due to three (you heard me - not one, not two) thornton's diabetic bars. How I despise those things. They clearly give me cravings, one is never enough, they make me feel sick and give me diarrhoea, and yet I continue to buy them. How do I stop? :(

B - fried egg
S - 10 brazils
L - 2 slices corned beef and 1 slice chicken with lettuce and mayo
D - pate, then leeks & cabbage in cream sauce, little cauli, broccoli and sprouts
S - half a Mim, small amount cheese, will have loads of celery sticks later
W - not nearly enough, will try hard this evening
E - 0
A - 0 (unless I find you lot in the pub, in which case mine's a stiff V&T! :D

Oh you poor love, you needed a choc hit by the sound of things :wave_cry:

Why not try an Atkins Endulge crispy milk choc instead, 1.8 carbs per bar and I've had no problems with them. I know we shouldn't be eating frankenfoods but sometimes you just gotta have chocolate! :D

I have just been bad and gone to LCM and ordered a bunch - 95p each instead of £1.15 in Tesco - as well as some of the Barnetts carb free sweets and some gum.

Sx

Thanks Suze, I might try the Endulge bars next time I need choc.

I am still grossly stupid, but very grateful for the nice understanding people here.
