Guts in tatters all night and this morning due to three (you heard me - not one, not two) thornton's diabetic bars. How I despise those things. They clearly give me cravings, one is never enough, they make me feel sick and give me diarrhoea, and yet I
continue to buy them. How do I stop?
B - fried egg
S - 10 brazils
L - 2 slices corned beef and 1 slice chicken with lettuce and mayo
D - pate, then leeks & cabbage in cream sauce, little cauli, broccoli and sprouts
S - half a Mim, small amount cheese, will have loads of celery sticks later
W - not nearly enough, will try hard this evening
