Nah, it'll be fine lovey - on fourth massive decaff coffee. At least I got stuck in early!

I don't do ill - trust me - life continues apace :D I would be a horrid nurse as I have no patience lol :eek:
 
Sun 14/11 - Maint

B - flaxmeal porridge and cream
L - black farmer sausages and scrambled egg
S - lump of pie with egg in't middle - gave crust to dogbert
D - done a lump of roast pork - will tuck in when I get back from gig - with some green salad

W - about 2 litres, lots of coffee, 2 pints soda water at pub and half a diet coke
A - only had one at pub as was driving but it was only a med dry wine they had - tasted really sweet!
E - bouncing up and down and blowing my nose lol
A - a dry white wine and a couple of Irish :D

Forgot my menu - late start!

B - slept through
L - left over cheese, mushroom and lardon omelette, cup of tea mmm
D - pork and lettuce with mayo and lemon olive oil
W - 1 litre
E - none
A - none
 
B - 2 babybels
L - tomato soup, fried prawns, peperami
D - 4 slices bacon and an egg
W - loaaaaads, so dehydrated.

+ Half a bar of green and blacks 85% cocoa choc. Lush! + fairly low carb.

Menu so terrible because horribly hungover!
 
Sunday is deffo hangover day here Michael!

B - fried egg
L - slice of corned beef (not hungry)
D - two drumsticks, gutload of green veg with cheese melted over the top
S - made yummy pate, will have with MiM later, slice of streaky bacon, had a little goats cheese too. Seventh day with no sweet stuff, and not craving it at all now - first couple of days were dreadful, especially after dinner
W - not enough
E - 6 mile run (inside though -not my fave - due to mist and road safety)
A - alas not - work night
 
Glad I'm not alone in my pain! :D

I've really noticed that since starting Atkins that my alcohol tolerance has gone down the pan. Which I'm not that upset about, actually.

Know what you mean about not craving sweet stuff. Hell at first! Then not so bad...

Totally agree about the alcohol tolerance on Atkins Michael - it's really weird, but in a good way! :D
 
Oh yes we are - my entire night out cost me less than a £5 - one large wine which lasted me 2 hours, 2 pints of soda and half a diet coke.................

B: left over pork joint fried up with eggs and spinach.
L: The Carby Cafe today.
D: Stir fry pork with left over pork joint and a stir fry mix.

L - lamb, rocket, olive and blue cheese salad ;)
D - steak and greens and mushies with some kind of sauce
w - lots and lots and black coffees

ex - done 5 min cross trainer , shake weight and 100 leg masters this morning already and will do some more later ;)

S - last bit of the pork pie (dog already eaten crust this morning) lc coleslaw, a few bits of feta and green salad
L - roast pork, a few more bits of feta and lots more green salad
S - some left over rump steak bits
D - salmon and cauli and baby spinach

E - will try, but a bit coughy and snotty - managed 3/4 hour with dogbert
W - usual 4 litres plus coffees - prob more to keep my throat lubricated to stop me coughing
A - medicinal Irish
