Day 1 (Yesterday) I had:
B 3 large egg omelette, with parmesan grated.
S A mim (sweet with splenda and cinnamon) with butter spread on it that melted as still warm.
L turkey steak, with a few sprouts, and a tsp cranberry sauce (whoops) /Turkey with small amount jerk marinade.
D feta cheese and cucumber, ate too much feta cheese though.
W - Not enough, had some water, cups tea and total 5g dried milk in tea (nearly 3g carbs in that)
E - None
A - None, I don't drink
Is this ok?? How can I improve this??
Not eaten yet due to getting up at 11.30 again because of dark curtains I must change them.
