What are we eating today?

Right i have fallen over the side of the wagon and am running alongside. Will be jumping back on as of the morning :( gave in to temptation after some vino... So have found my weakness :( ho hum. Am making some soup tonight for work will let you know the outcome :) xx
 
Know just what you mean Michael - I have gone off red wine :eek:, which my friends find very hard to believe, I used to bathe in the stuff. Now even the smell makes me feel queasy, and had a glass on Friday of a brand I used to like, and it tasted off...

Terrible isn't it! I found lager hard enough, can't imagine what brandy must be like! :eek:

I think I still might have a soft spot for Baileys tho...::break_diet:
 
Ah, Baileys! THE most carby drink in the universe! Love the stuff! :D

L - 2 sossies, 1 bacon, 1 fried egg (yes again!) children had this with fried potatoes
D - nothing yet and it's 7pm - thinking MiM and pate (salmon AND liver)
S - have Thornton's choc in the house so will no doubt succumb later :(
W - loads
E - 8.2m run - feels so good to write that after three weeks of total laziness :D
A - having a tiny one as I was deprived all weekend - it's a token protest though! :)

OMG you seriously don't want to know, been to the Manchester Crimbo markets, german, french etc - and ate our way round :)
I really enjoyed it and don't regret a mouthful but will be back on the straight and narrow tomorrow - promise :)

Know what you mean Taz - a fry up is really filling (and satisfying) on a morning. Don't think I could ever go back to cereal/toast in the morning!

I'm still 5lbs under posted weight despite Saturday nights Christmas Party. :)

Mon 13/12 - Maint
After yesterdays carb-fest I am back on the straight and narrow today.
B - flaxmeal porridge with cream
S - tuna mayo and cucumber
L - chicken thighs
S - rest of tuna mayo and cuc
D - pork pie without most of the crust

W - usual 4 litres plus coffees
A - probably not - ok I lied again - but needed something to help me write cards
E - put up the tree, cleaned the parrot out, put up lights in front window, written cards (ok I know that one is pushing exercise a bit lol)

Back on it today :) even my works christmas lunch!!

B: nothing - was in a rush
L: crayfish and fish. Cocktail - minus the bread etc, turkey dinner no pots and minimal gravy. No pudding and only water.
D: roast chicken. Cheesy leeks and mushrooms

W: lots
E: walk into work and cycle home (bike was at work coz of the snow)
A: none... Very tempted

Feel back in Control today which is ace :) xx
