Wed 22/12 - Maint
B - usual flaxmeal porridge and cream
S - 4 quality street and two small home made mince tart
L - cheese omelette and hp
D - got aldi bratwurst out of freezer, some greens with it, made some celeriac chips for the first time - celeriac had been in fridge since october lol - just goes to show what rot sell by dates are!!!!!
E - probably not
W - usual 4 litres plus coffees
A - irish
T - a toffee yum yum (don't even want to think how many carbs that might have been)
The good news is that I have got rid of what I put on over Friday and Saturday (half a blinking stone ffs) and am back to what I was this time last week
