What are we eating today?

James thank you so much for your reviews, and for putting yourself through all that for the sake of the board. ;) I'll be getting some of that chocolate next time I do an LCM order.

B - two fried eggs
L - lettuce and a whole tub of some chicken and bacon sandwich filler stuff (5 carbs)
D - M&S chicken with lime, ginger and coriander - it's in their 3 for £10 promotion at the min, and the best thing I've had for ages! 2.9 carbs for half a pack. Then 200g of lettuce eaten over the rest of the evening with caesar dressing.
S - handful of brazils, 5 sugar-free choc caramels, MiM for supper, a few MiM crackers made with the flaxmeal with nuts and Q10 - very nice.
W - not enough
E - 0
A - 0
 
I dont know if i am eating too much or not enough coz so far nothing is happening.
b 3 eggs scambled with salmon and a slice of mim
L 2 chicken thighs(roasted at home) 1 slice of mim
D A slice of the Pie!(it was yum)
S another small piece of pie
W 2 ltrs
 
B - Quax Flax porridge - like it Michael :)
S - lump of pork pie without crust
L - roast ham with pickles
S - 2 babybel
D - Mushroom omelette with coleslaw

W - probably 3 litres plus coffees
A - nope
E - put together the new rowing machine and had a go on that briefly and a go with the shake weight - will do a proper workout with both tomorrow. About half hour walk with dogbert, mainly uphill.
 
Don't get disheartened Julz, it can take a while for things to go downwards especially after a VLCD. Where's all your veg btw? Jim will have one of his attacks when he sees that menu! ;)
 
I know that is so unlike me as i love veg and my fridge is full of it, but my hubs was getting in my way and just didnt do any.Will get some in tomorrow.
So i gather i am eating enough? apart from no veg there..lol

Looks good to me J. But then there's pie on it, and I'm totally pie-centric. Maybe you could add a few PRETEND veg, just to camouflage it from you-know-who?? ;)
 
I have to say my veg intake today has been rubbish, just not prepared enough but have come home tonight and made a pan of celery soup (sooooo yummy) and have some pork shoulder steaks bubbling away in my slow cooker for dinner tomorrow, I really need to go now and do some lunch for tomorrow - it WILL have some romaine lettuce in it, whatever I make. Talk to you lot tomorrow xxxxxxxxxxx sleep well my lovely people :D

I have to say who ever came up with the cheesebuger pie deserves a medal.Like to experiment with food but would never have come up with that.

Sometimes I 'forget' to write down my real chocolate intake, but that's nowhere near as heinous!!! ;)

Aww James. Chocolate doesn't last long with me either! Thesedays I give it to my mum with strict instructions that I can have one bar per week. I don't trust myself but she's a good warden!
 
I used to do the same thing with the chocolate and the kids but they ended up eating all my bars so I don't do that anymore.

D: yesterdays gammon steak with veg
S: sliced ham, cheesestring.
 
Menu for today

L 2 roast chicken thighs with 1/4 mim 5 brazil nuts
D left over pie with broccoli and sprouts
S jelly and cream
W 2 lts
E dunno yet...did a bit on the kinect.

Morning all,

B: left over Prawn curry with spinach.
L: Something from the Carby Cafe.
D: lamb chops, yum yum with Fried aubergine, scallions and courgettes sprinkled with cheese.
