Absolutely! Hmmm have you ever had pheasant? To me it tasted like a less gamey pheasant. Not too much meat on it tho.
 
Evening all! Busy today so just posting here and running! Will catch up tomorrow.

B - two fried eggs
L - tin of sardines and some pate and cheese
D - Loads of green veg and a chicken thigh
S - half a MiM with pate and goats cheese and a load of chilli sauce
W - lots
E - 0
A - 0
 
Well in bed now and i can say that ive eaten exactly what i posted here this morning and i can safely say i think i am getting bigger instead of smaller.
B half a mims cut in half again with a smearing if mayo topped with bacon and chicken( mim was toasted)
L 1 chicken thigh on the other half of mim and a babybel
D some Pie with broccoli and cabbage followed by jelly and cream
W over 2lts
E 0
Baffled by no weight loss.

D sliced ham and veg at mums
S dont know as spending the night at mums

L- atkins shake as it's another busy day
D- omelette with mattessons and spinach.
S- babybel
W- 3 litres ready
E- 45 mins on cross trainer maybe some weights.

S - BF chipolatas
L - Celery soup
S - 2 babybel
D - The pie with spring greens

W - usual 4 litres plus coffee
E - walk with dogbert, shake weight and rower to follow

L: The Carby Cafe again today.
D: Steak, pak choi, Fennel and chicory

D- turkey curry with a side of green beans
S- soya milk for tea + celtic no added sugar choc's
W- loads and loads
A- hopefully not

L-turkey salad,Mayo,lettuce,cucumber
D-lamb steaks,cabbage
S-babybels,pepperoni,cinnamon mim and whipped cream

2litres water
2 vodkas
Coffee

Today
B-none
L-turkey salad again
D-steak,mushrooms,cabbage or broccoli

W-at least 2 litres
Poss a toddy and coffee
 
Who had baby tomato's Vicky, I can't see it anywhere?

Yes Julz, no tomato's on Induction.

B - none
L - none
D - bacon, eggs, mushrooms and CHIPS!
W - less than a litre
E - miles of walking
A - gin in my hand as we speak.

So, no green leafies, no three meals, not enough water and carbs - newbies do not copy! :)
 
Your ok i wont copy you. Although the gin would go down a treat. :)

Thx. Didnt realize i wasnt allowed. Wont do it again. :)) they were lovely though.

Evening all - hopefully have an hour to catch up after not being here all week. Who's doing what to who? ;)

B - two fried eggs (to the tune of uptown girl)
L - lettuce with half a tub of bacon/egg/mayo sandwich filler
D - two big sossies and a load of green veg with cheese melted over
S - hazelnut butter (need it for carb cravings), handful of brazils, MiM and pate for supper, maybe some salami
W - lots
