TT I understand the pictures I saw on of me the othr day on holiday thank god I didn't see it whilst on holiday!!!
Anyways today I shall mostly be eating:
B: I had 2 mini egg and parma ham 'muffins'
L: corned beef (low carb 1g per 150g) with cherry toms, cucumber, spinach leaves
D: turkey steak {have marinated with mustard and garlic} with some BNS
Honestly, I am so mortified at the pic, I couldn't possibly post it. I am just nearing the 2 stone mark, and when I am at the 4 stone mark, then I will post and be damned, but presently its all too close to home.
As I haven't cheated since I started on Jan 1, am sticking to it like glue, and exercising, and not getting bored with the food, I think I already have enough motivation. I certainly don't need extra, its burnt into my mind's eye.

L - Nuts
D - Salmon (in garlic n' lemon), brocolli and mashed celeriac and turnip.
It was the firat time I had tried celeriac and turnip today and I can't believe I didn't try it sooner.
I've not enjoyed a meal so much since starting this plan - A new fave me thinks
B: I was out of idea's so I just took my Atkins stew and nuked it and then added a couple of fried sausages.
L: That'll be Jenny's today.
D: We still have loads of lamb roast, I'll have a salad and some of that. I love cold roast Lamb, don't know anyone else who does though.
Oh Jim, I could eat cold roast lamb straight off the bone!
I done a terrible thing: midweek weigh, to find I have gained a pound. That, plus finding that pic, well I cut down to 2 egg omelette today instead of 3, and my packed lunch consists of one skinny trout. Dinner is as yet unplanned.
