What are we eating today?

Ha, I have a six year old...but when I am tired I feel six again too...all sleepy, soppy and silly...sometimes stroppy, but not this evening...sun is still shining a big red ball on the horizon right now...

L: That'll be Jenny's as usual.
D: *SHE* has a meeting in London today and won't be back 'till late.

S - fresh fruit & veg smoothie
L - salad?
D - Prawn stirfry
S - 4 squares dark choc & fruit

(NB I'm not strictly low carbing - more a sort of low carb & GI type thing hence the dark choc & fruit)

B: sausage & cheese
L: boiled eggs with asparagus and some turkey
D: fromage burger {from atkins cook book} with celeriac chips and side salad

lunch; spinach salad with boiled egg and tin of tuna, cucumber and capers mmmm

dinner going to bbq as sis house so lots of goodies with salad will make u all jealous later;)

D: Chicken curry (left over from last night) with steamed veggies
 
Hi everyone, the sun is shining here too and I am feeling gr8.

B 2 Asda sausages (0.6g carb each) 3 rashers of bacon and an egg
L Tuna with lettuce a little cucumber and celery and a good dollop of mayo
D Steamed haddock with a few carrotts and a cheese sauce

snacks a handful of walnuts , a small bag of pork scratchings

oh and twelve glasses of water, cup of tea with dash of whole milk and two sweetners and a glass of diet coke.
 
Three big proteinaceous meal replacements, a big cheesy, coleslaw, lettuce, tomato and allsorts salad with milled flax seeds on top, an apple and a banana, a slice of brown seedy bread this morning...the carbs are defo improving my performance in the gym, looks like I need to amend my training menu/diet again...
 
B - Cheese (only a wee bit) 2 egg omlette, coffee with tablespoon of cream
L - Handful salad greens, and a few slices of roast pork
D - Handful of salad, tin of salmon, 2 tablespoons mayo, sugar freejelly and a tablespoon of double cream

Working and didn't get dinner until 9pm. STARVING!
 
Have caught a nasty stomach bug off a patient in work so have not eaten much. Feel like crap and have a job interview tomorrow too...boo.

T - small cheese salad with a burger
Snack - sugar free jelly n cream.
