B. Coffee and cream. Atkins breakfast thingy with cream
L. Tuna mayo in lettice leafs
D. Steak with garlic creamy mushrooms

Hi everybody after a long hard think and I have only just eaten because I didn't know which plan to do I have decided to do slimming world for at least four weeks. I have a wedding 6 weeks today so I thought I would give slimming world a good shot and then depending on the weight loss I will do atkins for the last 2 weeks to give it a good boost. It depends on the weight loss though. Thanks for your support everyone but at least I feel I have a plan now and I am not hitting my head against a brick wall. Sherby.xx

D: Left over Lamb joint from yesterday.
 
morning all , ate nothing serious meal like sat ,way to busy with bellas party (then my partying :0)
yesterday ate waaaayyyyy to much (legal tho ) so today im still full so starting off light.(ended up eating late so got hungry :0))

brekki; bacon and cheese omelette with mushrooms

lunch;tuna/cheese mayo +avacado spinach salad

dinner ; big fat rib eye steak , salad and mushrooms.. mmmm gorgeous but stuffed :)

Day one for me and I decided on something yummy for breakfast.

Breakfast: Salmon parcels 1.5g carbs each and I had two.
Lunch: Ham salad no tomatoes though :cry:
Dinner: Chicken breast and more salad (been craving salad recently)
If any of you see me going wrong somewhere please tell me. The more I read about working out carbs the more confused I get.

hi tange , goodluck with atkins hunnie ,
its funny when i was starting to come to the end of lighter life i craved all things healthy , not once did i long for something sweet of greasy , raw carrots , tomatoes and all things green were the things of my fantasies ... very weird :0) i think it our bodies very clever way of telling us what it needs , a language many of us forget to listen too , hence the need for all of this :0)
 
Thanks Sukie! I am sure if we were more intune with out bodies none of this would be necessary. Thankfully I have to give LL credit for bringing me closer to listening to the real signs not the emotional signs, although I can still unconsciously eat which is not a good thing.

Protein shake and chicken breast so far...then two protein shakes later and not sure what tonight...hmmm...

You have obviously found the best way of eating for you now, which is good!

I was always planning to give up packs when I got to Easter, but now I have come this far (nearly 4 stones gone), I have decided to continue with the same plan for at least another month. It's working so well for me and I am finding it pretty easy, so I figure another month to lose another stone (hopefully) is worth it. Then I will make my next decision from there. Will still be low carbing for my evening meal.
 
its true that you do find a way of eating that is better for you, i really do not crave carbs and stodge anymore, we went out for lunch yesterday and i ate a fraction of my roast dinner and was very full, everyone was asking was i all right as there was two thirds of my dinner left, but i really didnt want it, i think growing up being told to finish your food as there were starving kids does you no favours lol, now i eat only what i want, and dont feel guilty leaving things, i also spend a lot of time telling my hubby off for telling our son to finish his food,

OOOOOHH love that cheese, where do you get it from Tange? I've only been able to get it in France.
 
I found it at Tesco, its the same company that does the babybels, and its also marked as <0.1gr carbs per 100gr, hence me buying it.

Its it delish isn't it.
 
At Tesco, I must go and search it out then Tange, yes I love it.
 
well Ive finally managed to eat..been busy this morning cleaning...feeling alot better today..seem to have got my spring cleaning bug today...no headache so far

B- boiled egg
L- turkey salad
T- Gammon, egg and veg
