brekki , 2 scrambled eggs , 2 lc sausages , 3 slices bacon and mushrooms , stuffed !!!

lunch; took bella to mc d's for a treat with her friend so had , chicken salad and quater pounder with cheese , no ketchup no bun was ok .better than going hungry.

dinner, garlic prawns and veggies

first hypno day so :0)

brekki; 2 boiled eggs, 1 slice l/c bread toasted and went back for atkins breakfast bar as felt it wasnt enough .

lunch; spinach salad with tuna and avacado.

dinner; stuffed ,baked chicken breast with cauliflower and broccoli.
