Bad girl warning...
I've drank all the way through, at first it was one per day (drank so much before that it would have been dangerous to stop completely) anyways, over easter I have crept up, and this has stalled me. I've cut down again this week and lost a little, but know the only way to lose regular 2lbs is to stop drinking :-(
Alcohol is my big downfall, I can't seem to help imbibing at weekends even though I know it stalls my weight loss. It's such a pity after being really good all week to throw it away like that! Must try harder...
