I laugh at how stupid i must look in the kitchen eating a chicken thigh for breakfast but secretly lovng itmore than icky porridge!

L: Smoked applewood cheese, bit of salad with a blob of peanut butter
T: Sreak stuffed with boursin and creamy mushroom and peppercorn sauce with roast veggies
treat: advantage bar cut up and munched throughout the day
I bloody love this diet
B: Oopsie rolls, bacon, mushrooms and cheese - lovely
L: Cheese Muffin with mozerella and tomato salad
D: Burgers with cheese, bacon, salsa and guacamole.
Treat: few pieces of chopped atkins bar
Cheese muffins were absolutely flipping gorgeous - slightly modified this recipe, used cheddar and phile instead of parmesan and cottage and left out the tomatoes, came to 2.7 carbs per muffin.
Monday:
breakfast: babybel and Atkins morning bar
Lunch: sliced chicken breast, 1 small sausage, 1 slice bacon, baked egg, salad with watercress rocket and spinach with bacon
Dinner: cauliflower with roast chicken
B: Left over chicken curry and cauli rice.
L: I fancy the veggie Cafe today, I like their 3 cheese and spinach melt.
D: Wer still have some pork joint left so maybe that or a steak and steamed Pak and Bok Choi.
