4 syns on a cookie from whole foods, 6 on a tin of mac and cheese as I was starving when I got home from work and 1 1/2 syns on sweet chilli sauce. 11 1/2 total
Oops went really far over as I was craving chocolate and onto 19.5 syns.
I had: a cookie 3syns
1tbsp of sweet chilli sauce 1.5
1 teaspoon of sesame oil 2.5
100ml of almond milk 0.5syns
And the big baddie (but so yummy) bar of galaxy cookie crumble at 11syns.
So yea... however I still think I'm doing better than last week so I'm not too fussed
