so had 2 on hot chocolate, 2 on marshmallows and 1 on two mikado sticks

Nothing so far but might grab some kind if chocolate bar on the way home from work as a treat nothing terrible though, maybe a Milly way bar. Does anyone know the syns for these? No worries if not, I'll work it out

depend what size a snack bar (which I think are the single packs) are 6 syns, the twin bars are 11.5 syns

Yeah it was the tesco one, you panicked me then haha but I've checked and it's 2.5
