I'll give you his recipe... straight from the horses mouth
Ingredients:
Extra lean beef mince
1 onion
1 scallions
4 cloves garlic
2 peppers
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 small carton of passata
1/2 tin of Mexican bean mix (Or Kidney beans)
Method:
1 Fry all the veg in frylight with salt, black pepper& celery salt until softened
2. Add the meat & a splash of Worcestershire sauce.
3 Add liberal amounts of smoked paprika, oregano, cayenne. A helluva lot of cumin. tiny bit of nutmeg & cinnamon
4. Add chopped toms & beans, season and cook for another 2-3mins
5. Add passata, hot chilli powder, white pepper, more cumin and hot sauce.
6. Crumble in a beef stock cube and add some coriander (light dusting of cinnamon to taste)
7. Simmer til thick adding more Worcestershire sauce if needed.
As he's a boy, amounts are chucked at the pan. But DAMN is it good!!!
