What have you just eaten??

I'm not even going to say what I've just eaten but it's 2 words and starts in 'I' and finishes in 'M', served very very cold, is eaten frequently in Italy and is not very good for us at all!! Infact I won't be doing it for a while!!!

haven't had any of that in a while, since I started in Jan now I think about it, but I do buy kiddies lollies in the supermarket for when I'm having a 'cool craving' have read that frozen yoghurt is good, but not tried it yet....

Well bear in mind i'm on a night shift, i had for tea (at 10pm) homemade pork casserole with cous cous (syn free yay), followed by raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and 2 kiwi fruit, Milky coffee (a choice) with candarel and am now haveing my last brew - green tea with a muller light. All very good but i've been pretty up and down the last couple of weeks and dreading hitting the scales in the morning :-(.

A vanilla muller light with chopped up banana followed by honey due melon Mmmmmmm
 
Brunch - 2 sausies, mushrooms, onions, "fried" egg, slice of WW bread and beans.
 
Lentil and Cheese burger things. Red lentils, onion, 42g LowLow cheese, salt and pepper. Coated in 1tbsp flour (3.5 syns)
Fry in fry light until crispy and golden.
YUM YUM! x
