Two wholemeal toast (the big slices so 2 hebs) with a smidge of butter and strawberry jam - not sure how much as hungover and needed it so didn't get my spoons out but going to say 4-5 syns and be good for the rest of the day
Yeah I've been find for the week had 53 so far so when working on 70 per week I'm well within syn allowance. Don't want to have the full 70 so going to try not have any or very little
4 giant chocolate buttons, a thorntons chocolate & a bite of chocolate chip cookie (thinking approx 7-8 syns) correct me if I'm wrong please? Not planning anymore syns today anyway so should be fine
A banana while waiting for my dinner to cook. I am ravenous today despite having had cereal for breakfast and jacket potato and beans for lunch, followed by melon and yogurt.
