Crunchy Salad; baby plum tomatoes; cucumber; beetroot & cold ham. Cherry & Cinnamon tea to wash it down
 
wafer thin ham sandwich and philly light sandwich made with 4 slices weight watchers bread together with salad and home made dressing made from yogurt and wholegrain mustard, packet of walkers french fries, cup of chicken bovril and some fruit oh and a weightwatchers fromage frais

ye gods that sounds a lot! :eek: it was nice though and i am going on cross trainer later:D

mmm i love smoked mackerel pate, there's a Weight watchers one i make with smoked mackerel, lemon juice, yogurt and parsley:D it's gorgeous:D

just prepping veg for dinner so nabbed a couple of pieces of raw pepper and mushroom mmm nomnom:D

didnt go on x trainer but i did do another half hour in the garden, digging, hoeing and watering and then walked the dog so i do feel i've had my exercise today!:D

SW chicken and veg curry and rice with two slices of wholemeal Nimble.
 
Bit random....... But here goes:
Lettuce, spring onions,yellow and orange peppers, with........ Low fat chilli super noodles...... And........ Mushy peas. Was nice though!

4 for the whole pot, I used asda plain smoked.mackerel 200g which is 2 syns, fat free natural yoghurt, pepper, lemon juice and 2tsp horseradish 2syns - and just blend. Really lush x

Dont like mackerel but I may try this with tuna and make myself some tuna pate :) may need to invest in small processor as I only have a hand blender!!!

I used a hand blender hun it was fine :)
 
Packet of french fries, 4 syns but so worth it :)
