shape strawberry yog with fruit and a hi fi bar
Ive had 40g porridge made up with 180ml water a tsp cinnamon and some frozen summer berries and blueberries at about 7am. Then at 10am had 170ml total 0% fat greek yogurt with frozen summer berries and bluberries in and 3 ryvita ryes with 1 laughing cow extra light spread on them. Its only over the last 2 days ive had the greek yogurt and my god it tastes awesome cant believe ive not had it before haha.
A purely decadent feeling, syn free, smoked salmon, asparagus & poached eggs
Sounds lovely have to try thisI've been terrible with breakfast this week and not had much at all but tomorrow morning I'm planning on porridge with choc buttons followed by some fresh fruit
