'Course! This is kinda thrown together from several recipes so feel free to alter as you see fit
Falafel
1/2 onion
Can of chickpeas
Small handful of freshly parsley
Clove of garlic
Black pepper and salt to taste
Tsp ground coriander
Tsp cumin
A shake of paprika
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
A couple of drops of habanero sauce
1 egg (if struggling to get the mixture to bind, not necessary if not)
Blend all of the above into a paste, shape into balls and but on a fry lighted baking tray. Press the balls down slightly so they make discs and spray some more frylight over them. Cook on gas 6 until they are golden and lovely and look done!
