Have a pot of homemade soup on the hob, just needs whizzing up. Using up fridge stuff! Butternut squash, parsnip, onion, carrot, potato and half tin toms!
Half a carton of the covent Garden tomoato soup as an HexB. Usually make my own by only got microwave at the moment. Delicious for a ready made soup. 2 Hard boiled eggs, a muller light, a banana, apple and 2 clementines.
Mixed green leaf salad, butter beans, sweetcorn, onions and pasta mixed with 2 tbsp extra light Mayo (1 syn) with cherries and muller light for afters.... all that for 1 syn... YUM!
I had chicken tikka ( just spices and low fat yogurt) cooked in the oven with salad and one wholemeal co-op pitta. Stuffed.com and very happy now with my even fuller belly!
