I'm having another go at EE so having couscous made up with a beef stock cube mixed with tomato, cucumber and celery and a dollop of fromage frais, yummy!

Hi. 1 large potato cut up
large tin sweetcorn, the cheapest
1 onion diced,
1.1/2pts stock. I use chicken oxo cubes. 3.
Bring to the boil and simmer till potatoes cooked then blitz. If you want a thicker soup then simmer longer.
I so add salt and pepper before cooking, but usually have to add more on tasting once cooked.
I have also added curry powder to one of the portions when heating. Again very nice.
