Inspired by a recipe I saw on here,I made a pan of potato,sweetcorn and cauli soup. Not usually very good at making soup tbh but this was lovely. Didn't even need my planned hexb bread roll to fill me up...and plenty left!!!

Picnic today as went hiking. Wholemeal roll with Goats cheese and basil; Potato salad with spring onion, Cous cous and roasted vegetable salad; plum; strawberries; my last ladybird cupcake.

I did make the wedges, thank you. Just sprinkled Cajun seasoning on them with salt and pepper.
