Dinner was the same as yesterday's tea as it was so good !! ;-) X

The OH had work at six today - so lunch is dinner and dinner is lunch! Salmon with potato and spring onion salad with light mayo, salad of lettuce, basil, tomato and cucumber with half HEXB of EVOO and balsamic, with half a corn on the cob with a tiny knob of marg. (2 syns)

I just make a base of 6 eggs half a tub if quark onions mushrooms and peppers then I add my meat yesterday was bacon and today was smoked salmon its lush and ive half in fridge waiting for tomorrows lunch
