Yummy, I normally add finely chopped onion & cucumber to my mint 'raita' too

I checked syns online and the butterfly chicken breast is 3 1/2 syns I think that is with the skin on, I just took it off incase and the spicy rice is 2 syns side salad free

Having a green day today, so tea is going to be mushy pea curry with an added coconut greek Muller Light (0.5 Syns) to make it just like a korma :drool: Served with rice and vegetable kebabs (mushrooms, red onion, peppers and cherry tomatoes). Yum!
