Mushroom Risotto for me tonight. I'm really hungry this afternoon so think I'll start cooking it soon. I might even push the boat out and have jelly for pudding

Not a Big Mac, but tastes just like it. Mince and onion with gherkins, burger sauce and cheese slice, with lettuce.....sounds strange but tastes like a Big Mac, no bread and low syn! First time we were told about it we thought it would be odd but tastes good!
