I'm going to an "abs and core" fitness class tonight at half 7 (first time!!) so I didn't know wether I should eat before of after?? But I am quite hungry so I've decided to have some pasta with mushrooms, onions and cherry tomatoes in and all mixed up with tinned tomatoes? I hope it'll b edible ha ha!!! Do you think that's alrite to have before a class (2 hours before) or should I have waited?

Cod Loin with sweet potatoes red onion tomatoes cucumber peppers with a tomato pasta sauce on top of the fish abit much tho but it was soo tasty ;-) Veggies & sweet potato done in my actifry ;-) <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=121143"/> X
