I am making the Burmese chicken and coconut Kaukswe Curry which I took from one of last years magazines (july/august I think)
It is soooooo yummy and a firm family favourite.
I am really really looking forward to it

I had a piece of breaded cod (minus the breaded lol!) a jacket potato with cheese, a huge salad of lettuce, cucumber, radish, tomatoes and onion and a couple of pickled onions on the side!

Meant to take a picture but had it half eaten before I remembered! Ooops ha ha!!!!

Had bit of a random dinner peice of BBQ chicken a sausage from a casserole I made with mushrooms and onion, broccoli and roast potatoes lol was nice though
