Of course! I use 3 eggs, tub of low fat cottage cheese, salt and pepper and whatever filling I fancy, I add a sprinkle of cheese and cheese to the top for my hex, today I have for fillings, a tin of tuna, onion and sweetcorn! X

Tapas feast! Beef and chorizo meatballs, garlic and herb chicken, patatas bravas with hexa cheese melted on top, home made hummus, slice of parma ham and salad! So full!
