Im interested in this tomato recipe pebbles mentioned. I cant find a diary from you. Can i have the recipe please!!

Yes it was from the new express recipe book 1 onion 2 garlic cloves 1 large aubergine diced 1 tbsp mild curry powder 2 tsp black mustard seeds (I just used normal) 1 tsp cumin seeds 200g dried red lentils 900ml veg stock 1 courgette sliced 2 large tomatoes, chopped 200g fresh spinach. (I used 5 balls of frozen) Small handful chopped coriander Heat a non stick pan with fry light over high heat Add onion, aubergine, curry powder, mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Stir fry for 1 -2 minutes Stir in lentils and stock, bring to boil and add courgette and tomatoes Turn heat down to low and simmer gently for 15minutes, stirring often Stir in spinach and cook for 4 minutes till wilted Took 30 minutes and that was with me having to go outside periodically to water the weed with my three year old son!

Bunnylushes balsamic and sun dried tomato pasta .
A full pack of small vine tomatoes ( or any) put into Slow cooker, squash a little to break skins.
Add A chopped garlic
A big slosh or 5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
I leave mine on low all day or half a day.
When ready to eat ,boil pasta,drain, throw into Slow cooker to soak up juice.
It's seriously gorgeous and I add some chopped bacon too sometimes.
