Chicken in black bean sauce with boiled rice.

It's a cauliflower party in my house tonight. Chicken curry made the creamy cauli way with cauliflower rice.

Ive never done the rice before, but trying an sp few days. I've blitzed it in the lender, smells like pumpkin guts!
