whats your meal plans for the week??

I do love this thread i hate planning my weekly meals its a shame more people don't comment on it.
 
Thought I'd post my 'first week back' meal plan. Breakfasts are either eggy bread and beans or overnight oats with fruit.
Monday:
Lunch: Omelette
Dinner: Turkey chilli, veg, rice & cheese

Tuesday:
Lunch: veg chilli and rice
Dinner: Turkey Parisienne with rice or potatoes and veg

Wednesday:
Lunch: Chickpea curry and rice
Dinner: Spaghetti bolognese and cheese

Thursday:
Lunch: chickpea curry and rice
Dinner: chicken chow mein

Friday:
Lunch: chicken chow mein
Dinner: beef bourgignon and SW chips

I find it much easier to plan my week ahead so I know what I'm doing!!
 
Wednesday:
Lunch: Chickpea curry and rice
Dinner: Spaghetti bolognese and cheese

Thursday:
Lunch: chickpea curry and rice
Dinner: chicken chow mein!

How do you make the chickpea curry Sarah? Is it meat free? Do you mind adding new the recipe if you have it, thank you xx

The recipe is in the little free book that was in the latest magazine - 'spicy Punjabi chickpea curry'. Do you have the new mag?
I haven't made it before, and I'm pretty sure I don't have all the spices on the list and I'll want to add more veg so I'll be winging it when I make it tomorrow! x

I'm going to make it later - I'm sure it'll be nothing like the original recipe but I'll let you know how it is and how I made it if you like (if it's nice of course!)? x
 
Love this thread - it's a great idea. I can only stick to it if it's written down!

Dinner: Sweet and sour prawns and rice

Tuesday
Lunch: Scrambled egg on toast
Dinner: White fish and slimming world chips and peas

Wednesday
Lunch: Special egg fried rice with mushroom, peppers, courgettes, carrots, peas and garlic
Dinner: Baked potato with beans and cheese and tuna salad

Thursday
Lunch: Left over egg fried rice from yesterday
Diner: Diet coke chicken with broccoli, cauliflower and carrots

Friday
Lunch: Crabsticks and coriander with spring onion and lemon juice
Dinner: Steak and SW chips with mushroom and tomatoes

Saturday
Lunch: Bacon, eggs, mushroom, tomatoes with 1 wholemeal toast
Dinner: Couscous with roasted veg and feta cheese

Sunday
Lunch: Left over couscous with roasted veg
Dinner: Roast chicken with roast potatoes and veg
