I'm planning on re-starting yet again on Saturday!! I'm just planning my meals for the week, and also my Aldi shopping list for Saturday morning so I thought I would share my meal plan for the week:
I always use some or all my HEXA on skimmed milk in coffees.
Saturday (EE)
Breakfast: Veggie omelette
Lunch: Pasta n sauce with extra veggies, RF cheddar (half HEXA)
Dinner: Steak, sauteed potatoes with EV olive oil (HEXB), mushrooms, spinach, peppercorn sauce
Sunday (EE)
Breakfast: Linda McCartney sausages, WM roll (HEXB)
Lunch: To be confirmed, as probably eating out.
Dinner: Chicken Chasseur, mash or Fry Light roast pots, green beans and broccoli and cauliflower
Monday (Red)
Breakfast: Porridge (HEXB & HEXA), frozen raspberries
Lunch: Leftover chicken Chasseur with veg (no potatoes)
Dinner: Turkey burgers, WM roll (HEXB), salad
Tuesday (EE)
Breakfast: Porridge (HEXB & HEXA), frozen raspberries
Lunch: Mixed bean and ham salad
Dinner: Quorn and potato hash, green beans, broccoli & cauli
Wednesday (EE)
Breakfast: Porridge (HEXB & HEXA), frozen raspberries
Lunch: Leftover Quorn and Potato hash and veg
Dinner: Turkey chilli, rice, salad
Thursday (Green)
Breakfast: Porridge (HEXB & HEXA), frozen raspberries
Lunch: Mugshot and carrot sticks
Dinner: Jacket potato with beans, salad
Friday (EE)
Breakfast: Quorn sausage and veg omelette
Lunch: Salmon salad
Dinner: Spaghetti Puttanesca (HEXB for olive oil)
Hopefully that sounds ok and means I've got no excuse but to stick to my plan!!
I've also got syn free snacks planned like fruit, FF yoghurt, carrot sticks and syn free quiche.
