whats your meal plans for the week??

Tuesday: Buffalo chicken, boston baked beans and coleslaw.
Wednesday: Turkey chilli with rice and coleslaw.
Thursday: 3 colour carbonara.
Friday: Spicy beef and egg hash.
Saturday: Leftovers, salad and boiled potatoes.
 
Hi, Sorry for the delay in reply. It's made from carrot, turnip, onions, potato's and bacon, dice all the veg and boiled with salt & pepper, leave to simmer for an hour until it reduces. It's lovely real comfort food x

I'm planning on re-starting yet again on Saturday!! I'm just planning my meals for the week, and also my Aldi shopping list for Saturday morning so I thought I would share my meal plan for the week:

I always use some or all my HEXA on skimmed milk in coffees.

Saturday (EE)
Breakfast: Veggie omelette
Lunch: Pasta n sauce with extra veggies, RF cheddar (half HEXA)
Dinner: Steak, sauteed potatoes with EV olive oil (HEXB), mushrooms, spinach, peppercorn sauce

Sunday (EE)
Breakfast: Linda McCartney sausages, WM roll (HEXB)
Lunch: To be confirmed, as probably eating out.
Dinner: Chicken Chasseur, mash or Fry Light roast pots, green beans and broccoli and cauliflower

Monday (Red)
Breakfast: Porridge (HEXB & HEXA), frozen raspberries
Lunch: Leftover chicken Chasseur with veg (no potatoes)
Dinner: Turkey burgers, WM roll (HEXB), salad

Tuesday (EE)
Breakfast: Porridge (HEXB & HEXA), frozen raspberries
Lunch: Mixed bean and ham salad
Dinner: Quorn and potato hash, green beans, broccoli & cauli

Wednesday (EE)
Breakfast: Porridge (HEXB & HEXA), frozen raspberries
Lunch: Leftover Quorn and Potato hash and veg
Dinner: Turkey chilli, rice, salad

Thursday (Green)
Breakfast: Porridge (HEXB & HEXA), frozen raspberries
Lunch: Mugshot and carrot sticks
Dinner: Jacket potato with beans, salad

Friday (EE)
Breakfast: Quorn sausage and veg omelette
Lunch: Salmon salad
Dinner: Spaghetti Puttanesca (HEXB for olive oil)

Hopefully that sounds ok and means I've got no excuse but to stick to my plan!!
I've also got syn free snacks planned like fruit, FF yoghurt, carrot sticks and syn free quiche.
 
Well I didn't stick to my meal plan ridgidly last week but I did have a very good first week and lost 3.5lbs so I'm happy with that.

I thought I'd share my meal plan for next week which I pulled together earlier today, although I just bought the SW mag from Sainsburys so I could change my mind again!

Lunch: Leek, pea and ham pasta
Dinner:Cottage pie with broccoli

Lunch: Salmon salad with WM roll
Dinner: Sticky lemon and garlic chicken

Tuesday- EE
Breakfast
: Porridge and blueberries
Lunch: Leftover sticky lemon and garlic chicken
Dinner: Spaghetti arrabiatta and salad

Wednesday- Green
Breakfast
: Porridge and blueberries
Lunch: Leftover spaghetti arrabiatta
Dinner: Mushroom risotto with garlic WM roll

Thursday- Green
Breakfast
: Porridge and blueberries
Lunch: Leftover mushroom risotto
Dinner: Jacket potato with beans and cheese

Friday- EE
Breakfast
: WM roll with Quorn sausage
Lunch: Salmon salad
Dinner: Sea bass, crushed new potatoes and asparagus
 
I have only been doing SW for about 10 days but find that planning and writing down what I eat helps me a lot...let's see tomorrow if I have actually lost anything x

2 weigh ins and I lost half a stone!!! Today is being a difficult day, weekends are so hard to stay on plan!

I really struggle at weekends too, I aim for 4 100% days in the week then accept weekends will be trickier. I know it means my weight loss will be slower this way, but hey ho.
This weekend I'm hoping only the 1 meal is off plan (last nights unplanned cheeky Chinese I now feel guilty about!) but the previous weekend I had 4 meals off-plan over 3 days, which was awful really.
Going out to enjoy the weather tomorrow so a picnic followed by braised beef slow cooker dish. What could possibly go wrong...? ;-)

We have had thai green curry wednesday, spaghetti bolognese thursday and chicken, potato and chickpea curry today.

Saturday - pork satay
Sunday - chicken roast dinner
Monday - mushroom fried rice
Tuesday - french chicken, potatoes, veg.

Shopping day is wednesday so will plan before I go shopping.
