To lose 4lbs to get my 4.5 stone award (total of 6 stone lost since having my son 10 months ago), lose 5.5lbs to get me into the 10 stone bracket, 11lbs to get my 5 stone award (total of 6.5 stone lost) and 12lbs to get to my target! Done a comparison of the week i started SW to this week and really pleased with the progress! xx

Still 4lb to go for my club 10...the losses have really slowed down the last couple of weeks. Gonna up my body magic this week, see if that works.

I have half a pound for my 3 and a half stone award. Have 11 pounds to he in my next stone bracket which I am aiming to do in 10 weeks. Good luck everyone

Journey to 10 stone loss
4.5lb off & i regained my 5st award tonight
get back to pre Christmas weight - 2.5lb to go
Try for SOTM
5.5 stone award - 4lb to go
next stone bracket - 10lb to go
Well its been since end January since last posted here. alot gone on since then!
I got my 5.5st award but lost after a gain.
Ive had knee surgery and weighed myself 3 days after surgery. Id gained 17lb. BUT this is water/swelling//weight of knee brace. The 1st week home & back on track i lost 13lb
SO new goal(s) now are:
When return to class (mid/end April) try weighing less then last offical SW weigh in - 4.5lb to go
Re-gain my 5 and half stone award. - 7lb
Get into the 14 stones bracket (cannot believe im even this low now!) - 12.5lb to go
Get my 6st loss by 1st June - 14lb to go.

Now that I'm at target, my next goal is to mantain for the next 4 months until we go on holiday for 2 weeks- ideally I'd like to be at the bottom of my target range the WI before we go so I can gain 6lbs and still be in target when I come back

Mine is 6lb off to be the lightest I've been in 4 years.
I love mini targets it really helps breaking it up at the start of my journey my goals seemed so far away now I don't even know how many weeks it's been Its second nature now.

I have 4 to go to my 1st stone and 11lbs to go to my target which maybe, just maybe I can do in 17 weeks
Well i got my stone last Thursday and sts this Thursday so I now have 7lbs to go for my next goal

1) -4.5 - Easter gain gone, and 2 stone award back (11st 9)
2) -3lbs - below 11st 7, mental block (11st 6)
3) -2lbs - overweight category, no longer obese (11st 4)
4) -5lbs - below 11st (10st 13)
I think giving myself something to aim for may help! Here I go again!!

My next goal is my 2 stone award, to manage at least an hour of exercise a day, and to complete the squat challenge.
