My next goals are:-
1) -4.5 - Easter gain gone, and 2 stone award back (11st 9)
2) -3lbs - below 11st 7, mental block (11st 6)
3) -2lbs - overweight category, no longer obese (11st 4)
4) -5lbs - below 11st (10st 13)
I think giving myself something to aim for may help! Here I go again!!
I want to have lost a stone by the end of April - i've got 5.5lb to go!

Goal 1: Have a 100% on plan week - day 4 so far so good
Goal 2: Run full 5k fun run - tomorrow! scary!!
Goal 3: Club 10! 3lbs to go (achievable for next weigh-in on Monday if I achieve Goal 1)
Goal 4: 1.5 stone award! 6lbs to go
Goal 5: Get into the 10's 8.5lbs to go
Goal 6: Run 3 -4 times a week every week and complete 10k mini marathon (June Bank Holiday)
