Well said Skinny!! Hehe. Ruthy, you'll be fine. Just get loads of speed foods and try some more red days (as much as you hate them). Plus.... it's only 1lb, you can get that off for next week no problem. I can see why you are frustrated though, especially as you stuck to plan. Grr.
