I need to fess up! I've so not being sticking to the plan!!! I've not been really naughty just not following the rules! Have had a stern word with myself and yesterday was my first on plan day for yonks! I'm still hoping to lose close to 7lbs before the end of March so I hope not to let everyone on this challenge down! You are all doing so well - I'd hate to been the only one going in the opposite direction!

I'm struggling a bit at the mo, I did lose 3 and a halflb this week but it is getting really hard and to be honest I'm not really sticking to it like I should be I need something to motivate me somehow
AHHH thanks im a bit better today i have done 25 mins on my cross trainer today and my legs are killing me....NO PAIN NO GAIN!
