I don't know why i didn't see this before now. I planned a break from CD which went on longer than planned but im back on track. My first WI is next wednesday, i think it's 3-4 weeks please correct me if im wrong.

Still not as much as I would like. I am wondering whether to knock the Physillum (Sp?) husk porridge on the head because that can be the only thing that is slowing me down.
