Hey well done 786 ... I'm sure u will loose more than 4,5lbs before u go away !! How long ru going for?? Well I've also been good have a Xmas party 24th yet still deciding what I plan to do eat or not!!! But also have a new year's eve party n don't really fancy taking so many days off.. So will decide ... But I truly plan to take new years day off n celebrate with kids n hubby n enjoy eating loads of home made cooking !! As plan to have all inlaws over for the evening ... So blonde prince emmm sounds interesting lol first date ? Xx keep us updated xxx

Hahahah yes first official date... He sent me flowers on my birthday though. Met him at an airport.
I'm back on 3rd and lot of partying planned over there in NY!
I'm trying to be good these few days but so many outings back to back.
You ll be fine even if you did have a day off.

Hello Shini,
Yes doing well, today is my day off CD. Office Xmas lunch and then the date haha...He's taking me somewhere very posh so I want to be able to taste food there. I,ll stick to protiends for the best part.
yes I only have like 5 days to NY now and inbetween I have a few outings plan. Very bad the festive period and most my friends are english so lot of Xmas parties and get togethers.
I do however plan to stick to the protiens..
ah the good news is, I am wearing a size 12 Jaeger Boutique dress tonight which fits perfectly

Ah very good, he took me to London Eye... Had two Christmas parties. Now back on diet tomorrow... Hope two days off hasn't done a lot of damage. I did have more proteins than carbs..

haha, it was cool...he is funny and handsome but previously I was dating a 6'3 tall blonde airline captain so I am still a little bit hooked on the ex I think. will see...
I am back on SS today until I fly now. ah the festive season isnt making it all that easy is it. Jan should be quiet and easy on diet front I am guessing....

hey, well done for already getting back on it. I got a bit sick combined with jet lag. Ill be starting back from tomorrow. aint weighed myself since my last WI but I am pretty sure all those dinners have contributed to a fair few pounds. I am just not going to worry about that and embark upon the diet again. I guess bit of break is good for metabolism. I am however toying with the idea of Exante soups instead of CD as I am bored of flavours on CD.
