Willpower.... where do I find that?!?!?

P.S ok so i know i said i wouldn't weigh before i go but c'mon, I'm gone for a whole wk lol! Anyway, i an 3lbs down at 10st5lbs apaz-yay! Clearly if i weighed myself tomoz this would go up as will have eaten more today but it has really lifted my spirits. I know that i can expect that weight at the v least (or most!) when I'm back :)
 
Your Shi**ing me thats brilliant babe wow!!!! This is a blimin break through!!! Im definately stopping this cambridge diet at the end of the week and thats the decision!! Will be joining you on the Juddd diet woooop wooooop dunno if i should do a diary too! not sure how good i am with that stuff.

Getting weighed in tonight and I actually dont care to be honest what the scales say!!!! The diet is crazy and not sustainable for me anyway!

By the way thanks for saying im happier i felt it too! Dont worry about influencing me your right in what you say! I just need to be told to stop wasting my money!! I have so many shakes etc left over its bad!

No work today, cancelled my overtime for a rest (not much of a lie in!) gym and DVD soon, nip to town and over my mates then I need to do some cleaning before catching up on my soaps!! x

Really really glad you feel happier. Probs because you have eaten real nice normal good and socialised, and maybe also coz u have come to a decision?
I think def keep a food/drink diary at least. Even if its just in a note book (i do that then write it on minimims with all my rambling lol.) i just think for the 1st cpl of wks its important to record what we eat so we can be sure to get it right and be successful, it is a big change from what we are used to!
You could ask your cdc to buy your stuff back? Or keep for down days sometimes? On official JUDDD website says for 1st 2 wks of down days it might be gd idea to use meal replacement so u def dnt go over ur cal allowances whilst getting used to it. But equally if u are. Confident in counting cals on downs then food is fine :) Basically what i have learnt so far from others is that Up days its not much of a biggy what/how much you eat, hench you can have to Ups at wkend, but it is most important to not go over 500 on the Downs. Hope that makes sense. Downs so far are sooo not a big deal as u can eat if u choose and u only have to wait til next day for 2000 cal, its amazing!!! Xxxxxxx

Good! U def sound like u needed a rest and some time to yourself. I shall go down and enjoy my coffee and cereal shortly then in 2-3hrs do run and dvd, then start packing and sorting holibob stuff :) I feel so positive and lifted today, damn you scales that you have such an influence on me lol!

Checked my inches and there's a nice decrease again!! Will report back officially fri/sat though :)

DVD done, having a cuppa and a banana now then off to the gym.

Also need to start moving my hol clothes into the spare room ready to pack, haven't got many free days before I go so need to prepare early

Exciting times - how long u away for Caroline? x

Missie, this is only my 4th day on this plan remember. Before that i was all over the place. Now you have made a decision be happy coz i know you will succeed on this, i just have a feeling :) I was a bit hungry yest but honestly nothing compared to CD an also nothing i couldnt deal with. Just drank loads of water, col diet drinks and spaces out what i ate. Tbh it was easy to ignore and i guess if im honest i wouldnt expect to nt feel hungry on a diet sometimes so it was fine. My tummy is flatter today, and i just feel really kind of settled and calm-cant quite explain jt. Im pretty convinced this is going to work for me but too early to feel a real difference in clothes (that would be a miracle diet after 3 days lol!)
Legs you are hardcore, buns of steel and washboard abs here u come! Cant believe u have lat more inches, amazing! Well actually ican believe it as you have been so dedicated.

I have had brekkie and also planned my eve meal so now i know how man cals i have for the 'middle' of the day. My tactic for today is only eat when i am hungry i.e. when i hear a rumble. I think it'll be interesting to see when and how often it happens. I'll be writing it down what time i eat.
V proud of us all girls. I really sense we have turned a corner, and that includes u missie. U have made a really important decision xxxx

Haha it was hard enough to keep my balance!! At one point we were on two weight machines directly opposite each other and I didn't know where to look lol!

Finished now and pooped. Popping straight to town (still a sweaty mess!) figure if I go straight I'll be in and out in 10 mins, if I go home, shower ad change I'll be ages and wander round! Just hope I don't bump into anyone!! x

Legs you do make me chuckle! I am also guilt of the odd sun bed, mainly because i am prone to really bad acne and it does help. Luckily i for the tanning gene in my fam so go pretty brown in real sun, makes me feel so much better (and thinner!) I used to wear fake stuff but just can't handle the smell and also my skin is sensitive and reacts to loads of stuff so don't want to risk looking like i have covered myself in jam! Xxx
 
this is true i hate putting it on big time but that ones good! Id rather be natural tho but scared of getting more wrinkles loool.
