Morning everyone!!! You will be pleased to know that im not hungover due to drinking loads of water before bed!! Had an amazing two day BBQ with friends and family in the garden and totally didnt stick to any kind of diet!!!
Delta its so worth it that glass of wine trust me loool!!!
Just caught up on everything and you date sounds fun caroline, cant wait for the gossip!!!!!!
Anyways I am due to go to the CD lady tonight and get weighed and stuff with my mate that thinks i have only eatern chicken and drunk coke zero all weekend!!! Its gonna be so obvious when i step on those scales later
Going to have a chat with her and tell her its not working for me and either I move up the steps or god knows what!

Really pleased to hear you enjoyed your weekend, u sound much happier i have to say.
Gotta be honest, i am utterly convinced JUDDD would suit you. Most people seem to have two up days at wkends and they stil lose. You just have to remember it is slower than cambridge, but then as we know when u dont stik , u d t have the quick losses anyway.
If i were u i would seriously think about just buying cd stuff for every other day at most and moving over with me. I hate seeing you beat yourself up atm and i think you need a plan where u can have ur wine etc.
Not trying to influence you as u need to do whats right for u, but i want us to all succeed and be happy too xxxxxxx
