Fat fighting is back on tho! My aim is just healthy and to exercise and aim for 9 st 13.5 lol for my birthday, nothing banned but no overboard eatin. One main meal and shakes plus fruit but if I need more I'll have more. I'm around 10 st 6 I think but not for long!
