Im not on plan today but not eating too badly.. ive had a mushroom omelette with a piece of lean bacon in - yum! Had 2 litres of water and been to the gym. Off for my tattoo now, be home bout 5ish - gonna stop in the shop and get a drink and some sweets to chew on/give me a sugar rush!

Wish me luck, im pantsing it as i know its gonna be twice as long as last week!!

Lil legs cant wait to see the tat!! Exciting :) I feel super tired still after fridays escapades, and since i did 5 miserable miles in the rain this morning i am going to get in to bed and watch sex and the city, so glam! Xxx
 
Caroline what of her dvds do you? What do you find the best? I may attempt a jog/run later when the hubby gets in, he can watch the boys. However don't wanna do too much as I need my legs to work shopping in London tomoz. Lol

Well it depends if u r doing other cardio or not but if it helps when i go running i do the 6min circuit one (cant remember exact name!) and do as many of them as i feel like. On days if the weather is crap or i want to dbl up ie dvd in the morning and run later i do 30 day shred on level 2. Im pretty fit and find level2 ample for the time being so i would recommend u start on 1 and build up. If u r running today i would def not do shred as well whilst u r beginning. Havent tried the other discs, i probably should tho! Xx

Under a friends influence i've joined a 'fitness singles' site and am chatting to someone who seems totally on my level, looks nice and wants to go on a date. Im a bit scared he might turn out to be odd, or that this makes me sad?! Help! X

Oh don't worry bub, I have nooo intention of giving up my single status just yet-have a lot more frenchmen to kiss haha! I just thought 'dating' might be the way forward to now, kind of half on half off the wagon and keeping options open if u will!
I agree, public place for sure. This guy lives in Notting Hill so I shall find the biggest most public bar possible (if i decide to go!) Never even thought about dating sites before but my mate had a few dates off this one. I'm not doing any 'searching' just seeing who contacts me! what a tart! x

Well I have had today off, not binging just enjoying what I want to eat. Tomorrow off also as am out all day with the girlies. But back on plan on Wednesday.

Went for a little jog, felt great! Can't believe how happy I feel today, am at goal had a nice jog and family meal.

Sounds like a great couple of days hun, and so nice to hear how happy you are :) Its a great feeling isn't it! I guess I've been more step 3 today than 2 as had shredded wheat this morn but either way i haven't had anything bad and even when i felt starving i resisted!

Glad u enjoyed ur jog, its fab to be outside huh. Although admittedly when i was slogging it out in the pouring rain this morning i didn't feel that way! X

Feeling fine today although i feel like someone had kicked me several times in the ribs so i havent gone into work for overtime as the thought of putting a bra over my tattoo makes me want to cry! so i am having a lazy day - will visit my gran in hospital this afternoon but nothing else planned! will be good on the diet though... actually looking forward to a mint choc shake when i get up properly x

I was 100% step3 yest and Should be same today. Feeling really motivated what with this little bit of bloke attention (sad i know) ive been getting so just want to carry on getting gym buff now :) Hows everyone doing today? Xxx

Hmm obvs i should tell u dont have subway etc etc but seeing as ur not in work today u could do what i did in sat and have whatever u want today so its out ur system and then crack in on sat. I think that does actually work! Well we'll see if im still saying that at the en of today but in theory it should! Xx
 
I dont want to be particually naughty.. just want a ham subway - normal food! will have a shake for dinner.. surely i wont be over 1000 cals anyway, feeling very sorry for myself. Feel bad for not going to work but it was overtime and optional and i honestly cant bare putting a bra and top (thats appropriate for work!) on for 8 hours.. an hour in the hospital is bad enough, ill be lying in her bed now watch lol

The gym is def off the cards this week.. cant bed properly lol im like an old lady!!

Probs if u only have that and a shake ud be ok, bur wont u get hungry on just that and a shake? Ive just given up on bread altogether for day to day life as it just doesn't agree with me at all. In face generally i am planning on a carb free life about from 1 treat day a week. It just suits my body i think. Guess this diet is about us learning what our bodies can and and cant take. I will be learning the hard way at weds weigh in lol! Xx
 
I never buy bread and if my parents come to stay i make sure they take the bread back when they leave! But i do enjoy a sandwich now and again.. fancying one today :) see if im hungry later ill have a chicken salad or something but i think ill be ok with just shakes!

Cant believe how pathetic im being today, im so bloomin sore.. ive only just managed to shower and put cream on my tattoo! x

I applaud u for being a to understand what the hell i was on about in my last msg! Typing on my iphone is not my speciality!
Ur not being pathetic, they r bloody painful and where u have urs is kind of a crucial clothing spot and its not exactly small either! Maybe put on a sexy sports bra for next cpl of days or one of those vest tops with built in support, might not hurt so much? Have ur sarnie girl, im in full support ;-) xxx
