Today was weigh in day and i lost 2lb ! how i dont know !
I had a bad week so was very surprised at a lose .
Im all systems go for this week thou as i really dont want it to catch up with me , and more importantly i dont want to harm myself by having nibbles of food .
Ive heard that by eating while on LT that you could develop gallstones , my dad nearly died when he had that and im not ready to put my children thru that or my parents !
I really did poop my pants when i heard that could happen .
Everything else seems to be ok at the mo , i refrained from talking to the ex today on his wekly phone call , he always asks if i want to speak to him , its like no i dont !!!
No work next week ...woohoo ! but i been having a new bottom toilet fitted and its taking ages !!! Should have known really cos my builder is a nice enouhg man but god id love to shove a rocket up his backside , he may get things done quicker then !!!!!
Kids are off next week and i have the age old problem of what to do with them , where will the money come from etc , etc ,etc !!
Im sure we shall work something out .
Ah its lonely without sonkie too , she sent my a pic of Wayne last night , bless him he is in so much pain , he has broken ribs and as they move him every few hours it hurts him like mad . Im sure him will be strong soon enough thou .

Well done on the 2lbs lost, don't question it, just enjoy it Eyes down and focus and you'll have a great loss next week, just don't let the distraction of not being in work over half-term get in the way of your good intentions. Getting out of your normal routine can be a pain.
I'm hoping the weather is ok next week for half-term, it's just much better when you don't feel like you're stuck in the house.

I went through the dating game again in my 30s, as a single mum, it was a nightmare most of the time, but I did find my prince, after kissing a few frogs - made it all worthwhile and we're still loved up nearly 9 years on - it does happen.

Hello ! well im shocked its been 4 days since lasting posting on this thread !
Not much has happened mind , ive been really good ss'ing and been good on the man front too !!!
Im really pleased that i have stuck to LT this week and feel really good for it , lots of friends have noticed a change in me , which makes me feel fab
My house is a mess mind and its staring to do my head in :sigh:
But with the kids home its pointless tiding as they pull it all out again !!!!
Its really wet outside today , not many people are online and im bored !
Stayed at my friends house yesterday night and it was ok , we had a few laughs and the kids were all well behaved , which is always a bonus

Hi Sonkie , no i forgot to ask darren to put the hoop up , i'll ask him monday when he is here . The shower should be finished mon/tues and my bottom loo with my vanity unit too !!!!

Well guys , i have news !!!!!
Had my ex ring me while he was drunk on thursday night , he was legless , he was saying lots of unpostable things to me but one was that he wanted me to fly out to rome to see him !
Like what is the man on ! so i did a classic Sam and text his fiancee, not in a nasty way just that Rob has just rung he was very drunk , dont think he will remember in the morning but whats new hey .
Next morning she text back and said she thinks he still loves me and she is fed up with being 2nd best , she said she knew i was a good person and that when R is drunk he is nasty to her and she believes that a drunken man speaks the truth , so she has had enough basically .
I was a little shocked by what she was saying so i said if she wanted to chat i'll meet her , she got back to me with ... thank you so much that would be great as i really need to know if im exaggerating all this (as in her with his drinking etc ) .
So we meet for a drink and a chat , turns out that she knew nothing of what me and R spoke about ever , the whole ex thing has never really settled but at one point me and him really sorted things out about the kids and the whole thing just setteled , which was heaven .
Untill the day he came back from a trip away , he had been gone for 6 months so had not seen the kids , his GF flew out to see him , but me and him agreed that the kids would not get involved with his gf till after xmas , he got back on the 16th or 19th dec , so i felt like that xmas he should have just given his time to the kids when he had them for a few hours one day a week , not alot to ask when he hadnt seen them for 6 months , but the day he came home , i took the kids to the ship to meet him and then i dropped them all into town , he had 3 hours with them , an hour later his gf turned up so they could meet her !!!!! Well she never knew about the arrangement me and R had made untill yesterday , and she was gobsmacked , saw my point of view totally .
He on the other hand is just an idiot .
R now knows that me and the fiancee chatted and so far he hasnt gone off on one , he asked if i told her what he said to me and i told him that i never , which i didnt . She didnt need to hear any of that .
She now has written to him and called everything off .
Not sure how he will be while he is away now as it is hard but he has brought it all on himself , he doesnt know what he wants ans i seriously think he needs to see a counsellour or something , he doesnt talk about things and i think that is half of his problem .
Guess now we just have to wait untill the next email or phone call .
Other than that things have been ok .
Well apart from one really bad stomache ache yesterday , i didnt know whether i wanted to be sick or not , a few people in work have commented on my weight loss , i think this week ss'ing has really shown and the compliments have been flowing .
One lady thou thinks i look ill and to be honest wed when i saw her i wasnt feeling 100% and then i saw her again friday with the bad belly so she was seriously worried .
Anyways the ache has now gone , think it was trapped wind , either that or the bread and butter i had the night b4 ???????

Some how thursday i struggled to keep out of the cupboards , it was really strange , i knew all week i had done so well and was not tempted but thursday just over powered me !

I parked up yesterday to meet R's EX LOL
and i parked by some council garages , was told u could park there by a friend , well the friend said you can park by the flats ..... so as i went to come home i 12 point turned the car and drove down the little drive to see that the middle post had been put up and locked my car would no way go thru the gaps on each side so i was stuck as obviously i never had a KEY !!!!!
So there was me knocking on doors and asking strangers if they knew about a key , one nice man stopped and helped me , he went i dont have a key but i know someone who has lol
What a palaver , they kept saying this young lady has illegally parked and got locked in
I was blushing and so embarrased !

I just hope they can both get thru it and move on , without anyone else getting hurt in the meantime .

The diet this week and last hasnt been to good , i never lost anything last week , and this week i have had a few cheats , no bingeing just light snacks . been so hard not to , i have tried but it just never worked .

I have been good all day , and im so proud of myself
Yesterday was my day off , i popped down to sonya's so we could book our hotel room for Bath , Karen was there too and we had a result !!! LOL along with a mental laugh !
So we are nearly sorted for Bath , beable to pack soon .... woohoo !!!
I watched the break up tonight with my son , omg how i cried !
Back to yesterday , i had one almighty tummy ache , i was sick , sick , sick then when i eventually got home i was on the loo for ages ! felt better by the evening , which was just as well as Robbie came over LOL
We had a nice evening , we chatted and cuddled .
I text him this morning to say hope he selpt well , i did and he said he wasnt feeling to well that his tummy felt really icky !
ooopppssss ! think i gave him my tummy upset LOL
Im now contimplating the weekend and i have no idea what to do , i have the kids all weekend , think i may take them to tavistock tomoro and go swimming , but not sure how keen they will be on that .

Home now had my vanilla shake , i will suceed from now till my birthday , i MUST !!!!
Had a offshore message from R's ship , they cant ring or send emails untill further notice . something is happening , oh the life !
They are not sure if if they will be back on time at the mo either , blinking better be !!! i want a nice night to myself LOL

Oh one more thing , i put my washing on the line this morning , came home half of it was in my nieghbours garden !!!!!
But it was the prickly garden not the nice one LOL HAD TO CLIMB AND GET MY BRUSH TO PICK AND PULL IT OFF THE THORNS !!!! BEST NOT HAVE ANY THORNS ON WHEN I WEAR IT ALL heheehe xxxx
