York does seem like miles and miles away. I've been spending an AWFUL lot of time in Pontefract / Leeds area and I see signs to York and think about this meet!

£24.50 return..... no changes... fantastico!!

Arrive in York about 11.45am on Fri

Cannot wait for this weekend.... really lookin forward to seein old friends and new and also I have a special 'date' with a new special friend...

Off to Spain for a month next Saturday so see you all at the end of Sept

Sharon don't know if you are going solo?but I could always travel with you split petrol/parking costs...or travel on train...not quite as boring with someone to chat to!!even if it is me!I'm not flying though!!!!

Ooh I didn't see this before I went away. I'm deffo coming to this meet on my own and I'd love the company!

I'm still debating the best option between whether to drive or take the train up there - but if there's two of us the train might be the best option as my 'ickle car doesn't have a great deal of storage capacity

I'll PM you my number and we can work out what's best for both of us

Yup! I've just booked the train tickets for me and Susan (although the price had gone up to £56.00 return so my advice is "Get in quick!")

We're deffo on our way to York!!
