Yummymummys first weight loss diary! getting slim for my little boy....

This is the day that I ruin my week! My sister in laws 18th and I want to have a right good old drink! And theres no point in planning how many drinks I have because I tried that last month and it went out of the window and I know it will again.. :/

So
B: Banana
L: One weetabix with milk, 1 alpen light bar (hea and heb), mixed berries
D: Will pick healthy option from buffet, e.g meat, potatoes, salad (No dips, crisps, cakes or battered food)
Evening: Vodka and diet cokes with lemon and ice... unsure of syns! I know there is 4 in each but dont know how many I will have xx

If I were u I would eat pasta or summat for lunch - I didn't eat enough before a wedding 2 wk ago and thought I would have the healthy buffet, which there was none of, so ended up only having 2 quarters of sandwiches and a few crisps. After a few drinks I was way too drunk and ended up being sick then loosing Sunday!! Lol ;-)

Ive had a couple of days off plan :( Not by choice, Ive been so so busy, drank too much at the party and didnt count syns, not planned my meals, not even eaten much at all and when I have its been crappy bits and bobs like half a mugshot, a handful of doritos, and a tiny portion of oven baked duck and pancakes last night... hmph! Feel like crap! Onwards and upwards!

Im going to try and make these last couple of days count by drinking loads of water and doing my 30ds dvd today and tomorrow before weigh in.. see if I can at least scrape a little loss :(

S: 6/7 doritos (around 3 syns)
L: Spicy wedges with cheese (hea) and salad
D: Pork and mushroom stirfry (cabbage, carrot, beansprouts)

Two more litres if water, 30 day shred

Hips: 42'' -4 inches
Arm: 13'' -2 inches
Thigh: 25'' -2 inches

A month ago I was 14 inches bigger! x
 
Plan for today, Im really ill so dont know if I will keep these down but will try.

Brunch: Chicken soup (dont even care what syns I need it, if someone could work out that would be great)
Not sure what else yet, probably snacks on two toast, tea with milk and sweetener and raw veg :(
