This is the day that I ruin my week! My sister in laws 18th and I want to have a right good old drink! And theres no point in planning how many drinks I have because I tried that last month and it went out of the window and I know it will again.. :/
So
B: Banana
L: One weetabix with milk, 1 alpen light bar (hea and heb), mixed berries
D: Will pick healthy option from buffet, e.g meat, potatoes, salad (No dips, crisps, cakes or battered food)
Evening: Vodka and diet cokes with lemon and ice... unsure of syns! I know there is 4 in each but dont know how many I will have xx
